Download the plugin

How to install

  1. 1Download the ChatDeck plugin (button above).
  2. 2In WordPress admin: Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin → choose chatdeck-wordpress.zip → Install Now → Activate.
  3. 3Open Settings → ChatDeck, paste your public key (pk_…) and Save.
  4. 4Done — the chat button shows on every page. Signed-in users are passed to operators automatically (name, email).

The public key is in ChatDeck → Settings → Integration. Get a key for free →

  • If you use a caching plugin (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, …), clear its cache after installing.

  1. 1Install the free WPCode plugin (“Insert Headers and Footers”).
  2. 2Code Snippets → Header & Footer → the Footer field.
  3. 3Paste the ChatDeck code and save.
