ChatDeck for 1C-Bitrix

How to install

  1. 1Download the ChatDeck module (button above) and unpack it.
  2. 2Upload the chatdeck.widget folder to /local/modules/ on the site server (FTP or Content → Site structure → Files and folders).
  3. 3In admin: Marketplace → Installed solutions → find “ChatDeck — live chat” → Install.
  4. 4The module settings open: paste your public key (pk_…) and save. Several sites can each have their own key.
  5. 5Done — no template changes. Signed-in users are passed to operators automatically.

The public key is in ChatDeck → Settings → Integration. Get a key for free →

  • Updating a Marketplace solution may overwrite its template — the module is unaffected, a manual edit may be lost.

  1. 1Settings → Product settings → Sites → Site templates → open the active template → Edit.
  2. 2On the Template tab paste the code before </body> and save.
  3. 3Clear the cache: Settings → Product settings → Autocaching → Clear cache files.
Check: open your site — the chat button appears in the corner.
